You can delete your Uvva AI account and the data that goes with it at any time, whether or not the app is still installed. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile, health and lifestyle inputs, daily check-ins, chat history and coaching notes are erased, and your sign-in is removed so the same phone number can register fresh later.

Open Settings → Delete my data & account. This is the fastest path: it wipes the device copy and the server copy together.
Verify your phone number below (the same one you signed in with) and we delete the account on the spot. This works even if you have uninstalled the app.
Write to support@uvva.life with the subject "Delete my Uvva AI account" from any address, including the phone number you signed up with. We will verify it is really you (a one-time code to that phone number) and complete the deletion within 7 days, confirming back to you. This is also the path if the form above is unavailable.
Deletion requests are handled under the same grievance process as the rest of our Privacy Policy: acknowledged within 48 hours, resolved within 7 days.
