Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Uvva AI app and website, operated by
BRIDGEGAPS CONSULTING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"), India. By using Uvva AI you
agree to these terms.
The most important term: Uvva AI is a lifestyle coaching app,
not a medical service. It does not provide medical advice,
diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a
qualified doctor. Coaching content is general wellness guidance. If you have
warning signs — or any doubt — see a doctor. When the app detects potential
warning signs in what you share, it will tell you clearly to do exactly that.
The service
- Daily habit coaching (diet, hydration, toilet routine, movement) with an AI coach persona. The coach is an AI, clearly disclosed as one, and is not a doctor or healthcare professional.
- Daily check-ins and progress tracking that you control.
- Educational content on gut-health lifestyle topics.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Uvva AI. The app is currently offered in India.
Subscription & billing
- Trial: ₹9 for 3 days.
- Then: ₹299 per month, billed via UPI AutoPay. The amount charged is always the amount advertised.
- The UPI AutoPay mandate authorises charges up to ₹299/month; you approve it in your own UPI app. You'll receive the RBI-mandated pre-debit notification before every charge, plus our own reminder before your trial converts.
- Cancel anytime, in two taps, from Settings → Manage subscription in the app, or from your UPI app directly. See the Refunds & Cancellation policy.
Your responsibilities
- Provide honest inputs — the app's safety guidance depends on them.
- Don't attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Keep your device secure; enable the app lock if you share your phone.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or relating
to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the
claim. We are not liable for decisions you make — including decisions about
seeking or delaying medical care — except where the law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Data
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy — including your right to delete everything, anytime, from inside the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
