This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 and Rule 4 of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access to or usage of https://uvva.life (the "Website"), including the related Uvva AI mobile application (together, the "Platform").
These terms govern your use of the Uvva AI app and website, operated by BRIDGEGAPS CONSULTING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at 23, 80 Feet Road, HAL 3rd Stage, New Tippasandra, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560075, India (CIN: U72900KA2021OPC155883). By using Uvva AI you agree to these terms.
The coach is an AI. It can be wrong or incomplete; its responses are general information about lifestyle and habits, not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI response, or any particular result or health outcome from using Uvva AI. Use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
This applies equally to anything the coach says aloud in a voice session. At the start of a voice session the coach identifies itself as an AI and not a doctor. The coach does not diagnose conditions, prescribe or recommend specific medicines or dosages, or claim to cure, treat, or prevent any disease — in text or in speech (consistent with the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954).
You must be 18 or older to use Uvva AI, and you confirm that you are when you sign up. We do not knowingly collect or process the personal data of anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we will delete it. The app is currently offered in India.
Uvva AI is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, please contact a qualified professional or a helpline immediately — for example, Tele-MANAS at 14416 or 1-800-891-4416, or KIRAN at 1800-599-0019 (India, available 24×7). If something you share suggests you should be seen by a doctor or need urgent help, the app will tell you clearly and point you to these resources.
All content, design, software, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose; no ownership or other rights in our content are transferred to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or reasonable expense arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from an event beyond its reasonable control (a force-majeure event).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for decisions you make — including decisions about seeking or delaying medical care — except where the law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy — including your right to delete everything, anytime, from inside the app.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
