Refunds & Cancellation

Our billing promise is simple: the amount charged is always the amount advertised, cancelling takes two taps, and fair refunds are automatic.

Cancelling

In the app: Settings → Manage subscription → Cancel — two taps, no phone calls, no "retention specialists".
Or directly in your UPI app (PhonePe/GPay/Paytm): pause or cancel the Uvva AI mandate anytime.
Cancellation stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Your data stays safe unless you also choose to delete it.

Refunds

Situation	Policy
Trial charge (₹9)	Refunded on request, always.
Your first monthly charge (₹299)	Full refund if requested within 7 days of the charge.
A renewal charge	Full refund if requested within 72 hours of the charge.
Anything else (accidental charge, special circumstances)	Write to us — we review within 48 hours and err on your side.

How to request

Use "Request refund" in the app, or email support@uvva.life from any address with your registered phone number's last 4 digits. In-policy refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days (bank processing times apply).

Charges in error

If you were ever charged an amount different from what was advertised, or charged after cancelling, tell us — that's a full, immediate refund plus our apology. This is the failure mode we've engineered hardest against.
