Consent notice (DPDP Act, 2023)

This is the itemized notice we show before asking for your consent, as required by Section 5 of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. It says exactly what we ask for, why, and how to say no later. The full detail lives in the Privacy Policy.

What we ask for, and the one purpose each item serves

Personal data	Purpose
Phone number (or Google sign-in)	Signing you in. Nothing else.
Nickname, age, gender, language	Personalising your coaching.
Health & lifestyle answers, daily check-ins, chat with the coach	Building your plan, tracking progress, and flagging anything worth a doctor's visit. Sensitive data - collected only after you consent.
Voice (optional, only on calls)	Talking with the coach. Transcribed in real time; the audio itself is never stored.
Payment status	Running your subscription. We never see your UPI PIN or bank credentials.
Push token, device type, crash diagnostics	Reminders and app stability. Notifications never contain health details.

Your rights, in one place

Withdraw consent any time: Settings → Delete my data & account, or this web page. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent was.
Access: see what the coach remembers about you in Settings → Memory.
Correction: edit your check-ins and profile in the app.
Erasure: same deletion paths; what little is retained (billing, consent proof, pseudonymised safety audit) and for how long is listed on the deletion page.
Grievance: Grievance Officer details and the 48h/7-day SLA are in the Privacy Policy. If unsatisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

सहमति सूचना (DPDP अधिनियम, 2023)

यह वह सूचना है जो हम आपकी सहमति माँगने से पहले दिखाते हैं, जैसा भारत के डिजिटल व्यक्तिगत डेटा संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2023 की धारा 5 में कहा गया है। इसमें साफ़-साफ़ लिखा है कि हम क्या माँगते हैं, क्यों माँगते हैं, और बाद में मना कैसे कर सकते हैं। पूरी जानकारी Privacy Policy में है।

हम क्या माँगते हैं, और हर चीज़ का एक मक़सद

व्यक्तिगत डेटा	मक़सद
Phone number (या Google sign-in)	सिर्फ़ sign-in के लिए। और कुछ नहीं।
Nickname, उम्र, gender, भाषा	आपकी coaching को आपके हिसाब से बनाने के लिए।
सेहत और lifestyle के जवाब, रोज़ के check-in, coach से chat	आपका plan बनाने, प्रगति देखने, और ऐसी बात पकड़ने के लिए जो doctor को दिखाने लायक हो। यह संवेदनशील डेटा है - आपकी सहमति के बाद ही लिया जाता है।
आवाज़ (सिर्फ़ call पर, आपकी मर्ज़ी से)	Coach से बात करने के लिए। बोलते ही text बनता है; आवाज़ की recording कभी नहीं रखी जाती।
Payment की स्थिति	आपका subscription चलाने के लिए। आपका UPI PIN या bank details हम कभी नहीं देखते।
Push token, device की जानकारी, crash रिपोर्ट	Reminder भेजने और app ठीक चलाने के लिए। Notification में सेहत की बात कभी नहीं होती।

आपके अधिकार, एक जगह

सहमति वापस लेना: कभी भी - Settings → Delete my data & account, या यह web page। वापस लेना उतना ही आसान है जितना देना था।
देखना: coach आपके बारे में क्या याद रखता है - Settings → Memory में।
सुधारना: अपने check-in और profile app में बदल सकते हैं।
मिटाना: वही deletion रास्ते; जो थोड़ा-सा डेटा क़ानूनन रखना पड़ता है (billing, सहमति का प्रमाण, बिना पहचान का safety audit) उसकी सूची deletion page पर है।
शिकायत: Grievance Officer की जानकारी और 48 घंटे/7 दिन की समय-सीमा Privacy Policy में है। संतुष्ट न हों तो Data Protection Board of India से शिकायत कर सकते हैं।
